Ohio Economically Disadvantaged Cost Study

This report examines the needs, services, and costs required to adequately educate economically disadvantaged students in Ohio. Using data analysis, surveys, and expert panels, it finds current funding is insufficient and identifies key resource gaps. The study estimates higher per-pupil costs and recommends funding adjustments to better support equitable outcomes.
